1.The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2.The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new Nightster Special to receive a discount of £3,500 (three thousand five
hundred pounds) or a new Sportster S to receive a discount of £2,150 (two thousand one hundred and fifty pounds) against the dealer’s list price of the motorcycle.
3.The Promotion is available to customers from 18 July 2025 until 30 September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”)
4.Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom.
5.Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this
unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
6.With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer
releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result
of the Promotion.
7.The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
